Refund policy
Due to the collectible nature of the items we sell, we do not offer any cash refunds for items purchased. Items shown to be defective when sold as new (i.e. action figure in the package is found to have a broken arm after opening package) may be exempt, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If the case for a return is approved, it will be for either an exchange for the same item, or store credit if we do not have more of that item in stock. Items bought online and wish to be returned will need to be shipped back to us at the buyers expense within a 30 day window. Items bought in store have only a 7 day return window.
Like all of us, we are human and mistakes can happen. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will work with you and try to correct it. Please contact us in the Contact Us Section to let us know what went wrong and we will see what we can to correct the error.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. USPS Priority Shipping and other types of mail like it usually come with insurance (typically up to $100). If your item gets lost, stolen or damaged in shipping we will help you by filling out the lost/damaged package information with the delivery company chosen and work with them to try to get you a refund from the shipping company, if possible. Media Mail, while much cheaper to send books, does not come with any insurance on your books shipped.
